The mechanism retracting the leashes broke within 6 months. The handling is also a bit clumsy because of the size.
It is a bit bulky, but works well.
I bought this leash twice. The first one lasted for about seven months before the mechanism broke and the leash would no longer retract. The second one lasted for 6 weeks. I have two Yorkies.
This lead has revolutionized walking my 2 dogs. The swivel mechanism stops them from getting tangled. Best buy!!
The dual leash does the trick but feels rather flimsy. I used another for about 2 years but one of the leashes could no longer lock in place. This one seemed sturdier (and wasn't bright pink like my other one - also available on Takealot), but does in fact feel more flimsy. The leashes are very thin and do not feel secure. The anti-tangling mechanism needs help in keeping the leashes untangled. Not sure how long this one will last, but hoping that it turns out be of better quality than it 'feels'.
