It works well. My cat doesn't really like it though so it's definitely deterred scratching. Needs to be adhered tighter to couches with the included corkscrew tacks or it will slowly peel off. The colour is definitely BLUE and not grey though. Ordered the beige now because of the colour inaccuracy (the beige is also much lighter than shown here).

Works well - personally not as neat as expected.
My cat will not use any scratch post bought for her and solely uses our headboard and couch sides. I got this to try and prevent further damage and it has worked so well! The fabric has a self-adhesive film that is very stick but does slowly peel away from the fabric. They do give pins to help secure it but I don’t want to make holes in the furniture so just secure again with a firm hand. Not sure is she likes it’s as much as her nails seem to get stuck in the carpet a lot more but it does the trick!
Works well so far but needs something to make it easier to lift plastic backing off.
